Robinson on Clark

Michael Robinson will always hold a special place in the hearts of Penn State fans. His performance during the 2005 season helped restore the Lions' program back to its former luster and was the impetus for this season's current run. Robinson, now a  San Francisco 49ers running back, is still associated with the team, most importantly in his advising quarterback Daryll Clark.

Clark has been tremendous on the field, but it's his leadership skills under center that have impressed just as much. And the junior quarterback has Robinson to partly thank for that. I spoke to the elusive Robinson (on the field and off) earlier this week and the former Penn State great  provided some insight into Clark and his transformation. Here's the resulting story.
