Report: Four star quarterback to visit Penn State

Four star quarterback Adam Ford has scheduled a visit to Penn State, Victory Bell Rings reported.

Four star quarterback Adam Ford has scheduled a visit to Penn State, Victory Bell Rings reported.

The Cedar Cliff star (class of 2014) has already seen Penn State play this season -- Ford visited Virginia last weekend when the Cavaliers defeated the Nittany Lions, 17-16.

Ford's Beaver Stadium visit is set for Oct. 27 when Penn State plays Ohio State.

The 6-foot-3, 190-pound quarterback has made a few trips to State College last year, mostly with high school teammate Adam Breneman. Breneman (class of 2013) is a five star tight end and is committed to Penn State.

According to Rivals, Ford has also received interest from Notre Dame, Michigan, Connecticut, Maryland and Pittsburgh.

Five star quarterback Christian Hackenberg is already committed to Penn State for the class of 2013.
