Penn State gets first 2014 commitment from RB Mark Allen

Bill O'Brien and his staff picked up their first commitment for the class of 2014 -- and he's from an area the Nittany Lions have recruited from heavily in the past.

The 5-foot-8, 185-pound speedy back is not rated by Scout or Rivals. He attended a Penn State camp last summer.
