Odrick to the rescue

With the options dwindling on the defensive line, tackle Jared Odrick has provided some stability to the unit. Of course, the losses continue to mount up with tackle Mike Lucian -- who was moved over from the offensive line last week -- likely shelved for tomorrow's game with a sprained ankle.

Also coach Joe Paterno didn't provide any further information regarding the suspended Maurice Evans and Abe Koroma during his weekly call-in radio show last night. They're likely not playing against Temple, and from the sounds of it, could be out for an extended period of time. We'll just have to wait and see. I'll be sure to ask Paterno about it after the game. I'm sure his response will sound something like, "I'm not going to talk about that situation. I still need to talk to some people [Who? The dealer?]. I'm still playing it day by day." Sigh.

More than likely, Paterno is waiting to hear from the Office of Judicial Affairs. I'd like to hear from my [two] readers, how long do you think Evans and Koroma are out? Don't be shy.
