CB Lynn, RB Beachum "possible" to play against Iowa

Penn State cornerback D'Anton Lynn and running back Brandon Beachum are both listed as "possible" to play against Iowa on Saturday, according to the team's depth chart that was released Monday night.

Lynn, a senior and three-year starter, is still recovering from a head injury sustained against Eastern Michigan on Sept. 24. He did not play in the team's 16-10 win at Indiana on Saturday.

Nor did Beachum, who is working his way back from a sprained right foot sustained in practice during the week leading up to the Eastern Michigan game. Beachum, a junior, is Silas Redd's primary backup at running back. Sophomore Curtis Dukes has been playing in his place.

Junior cornerback Stephon Morris, who injured his ankle against Indiana and did not play most of the second half, is not listed on the injury report.

The depth chart for the Nittany Lions remains the same as they prepare for the Hawkeyes. The quarterback is Rob Bolden "OR" Matt McGloin and senior Chima Okoli retained his spot as the starting right tackle despite being benched in favor of Mike Farrell on mid-way through Saturday's win.

The only minor change is that junior Sean Stanley is now listed as the lone starter at left defensive end. Up until this week, the depth chart read Stanley "OR" Eric Latimore as the starter opposite Jack Crawford.

Running back Stephfon Green is still not listed on the depth chart.
