AP Top 25

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- I just sent in my Associated Press Top 25 ballot for this week's poll. I moved Penn State up from No. 19 to No. 17 after Saturday's dominating win over Oregon State. West Virginia dropped from No. 8 to No. 25 after losing to East Carolina. BYU dropped from No. 11 to No. 15 despite winning over Washington. The Cougars benefited from a ridiculous celebration penalty on the Huskies in the game's final seconds. South Florida fell below Penn State one spot after a lackluster overtime victory over Central Florida. And, well, here's the poll in its entirety:
