The developer placed a new electric car charging station on the position it will occupy in a future parking space on site of his medical office under construction in Voorhees. He brought it along for use as a prop in the photo.
The assignment was to illustrate a business story on this seemingly pointless - for now, anyway - building accessory. Maybe someday every parking lot will have them.
