ATLANTA -- A week after not dressing, top draft pick Danny Watkins was not among the inactives for tonight's Eagles-Falcons game.

Here is the full inactive list: defensive end Darryl Tapp, linebacker Akeem Jordan, quarterback Vince Young, safety Jaiquawn Jarrett, cornerback Curtis Marsh, guard Julian Vandervelde, and tackle Winston Justice.

Tapp is out with a strained pectoral muscle and did not make the trip. Jordan has a labral tear. And Young has a hamstring strain. Phillip Hunt will dress for his first NFL game and will take Tapp's place in the defensive end rotation.

As reported earlier on Birds' Eye View, tackle Jason Peters (ankle) and cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie (ankle) -- both listed as questionable for the game -- will dress and play.
