Michael Vick and LeSean McCoy still have not passed ImPACT testing and are in Phase 4 of the Eagles’ five-phase protocol for return from concussion, team trainer Rick Burkholder said.

Both players took ImPACT tests on Friday, but the team did not yet have results.

Vick will miss his fourth game when the Eagles travel to face the Buccaneers on Sunday. McCoy will be out for his third straight. Nick Foles and Bryce Brown will start once again for the injured quarterback and running back.

Vick hasn’t had symptoms for weeks, but he can’t reach baseline on his testing to move onto Phase 5, which would involve contact. The Eagles sent McCoy to Pittsburgh earlier this week for further evaluation. He still has symptoms after working out, Burkholder said.

“Both of those guys are doing activity at an extremely high level,” Burkholder said.

Despite the high level of activity, neither appears close to a return and won’t likely be ready for the Eagles’ next game on Thursday night against the Bengals.

Mike Patterson has what the Eagles believe to be viral pneumonia, Burkholder said. The Eagles defensive tackle complained of symptoms on Thursday morning and was later admitted into a hospital. Burkholder said that Patterson’s illness had nothing to do with his January surgery to have an AVM removed from his brain.

“He’s doing fine. He’s stable,” Burkholder said. “He’s there now. We’re waiting on testing and I think he’s going to be fine.”

Kurt Coleman hasn’t practice all week because of a chest bruise and will not travel to Tampa. Colt Anderson will fill in for Coleman at safety alongside Nate Allen.

Nate Menkin suffered a throat cartilage injury during Friday’s practice and will be listed as out for Sunday’s game. The offensive lineman has not dressed a game this season.

Running back Chris Polk (toe) was listed as questionable.

Sure they are. How many weeks for that weak hit Vick took? Four? And now, 2 weeks for McCoy and, suddenly, Patterson has "pneumonia". Come on, Reid, we're not as stupid as you think we are. Merely more Fatty B.S. to try to save his job by having almost the whole team on the IR. We may not be able to see around you Reid, but we sure as h*ll can see through you.

reid and morningglory should be fired on this fact alone...their play calling is directly responsible for these injuries

Season is lost. So let them sit and get well over the winter. Good time to see what others can do; give them experience; analyze the coaching, & maybe start up everything fresh in January...coaching, et all.

All the fans in Philadelphia deserve losing seasons. You guys are pityful. If i was an eagle i wouldnt wanna win with you losers in the stands either. Nick Foles is your lifeline, and in saying that, the Eags are gonna lose for many years to come!! You guys can put your brown bags over your faces for the next 5 years minimum. Not even money can make the best players in the league want to come to philadelphia. Nick the pick will throw two int's sunday. Bryce gonna run for his life and might score a couple. watch it!!

LOL mebig, you hit it out of the park!

I know this is laughingly minor in the big picture, but it wouldn't hurt the birds to get Polk on the field and see what he can do... maybe he has trade value??
