Mike Vick was doing well enough to participate in a team walk through Wednesday morning -- a positive sign for the quarterback's availability Sunday.
The team will have him ride an exercise bike Wednesday and do some lifting to see how Vick responds.
Team trainer Rick Burkholder said the only concussion symptoms Vick is feeling are soreness in his neck and jaw, but that he also wants Vick to do better on a cognitive impact test that he took Tuesday.
Vick's MRI Monday was negative, but he has yet to see an independent doctor. Burkholder said that should happen in the next day or two.
"He's right in the middle of this process, right where we expect him to be," Burkholder said.
He cautioned that setbacks are always possible with concussions, but most of what Andy Reid and Burkholder said Wednesday left the impression that they expect Vick to be ready Sunday.
Reid would not say which quarterback would take first team reps today.
