A week after he dressed for his first NFL game, top pick Danny Watkins was inactive again.

Joining the guard on the inactive list for today's Eagles-Giants game were: defensive ends Juqua Parker and Darryl Tapp, safety Jaiquawn Jarrett, cornerback Curtis Marsh, guard Julian Vandervelde and tackle Winston Justice.

Parker (ankle) and Tapp (pectoral) were ruled out on Friday.

Quarterback Vince Young will be active for his first game as an Eagle. Young missed the first two games with a hamstring strain. The Eagles will dress three quarterbacks: starter Michael Vick, Mike Kafka and Young.

If Vick, who is coming back from a concussion, were to get injured today, Kafka would be his likely replacement. Kafka took the majority of first team snaps on Wednesday when Vick could not practice.

FROM EARLIER

Michael Vick, who was listed as questionable on Friday, suffered no setbacks this weekend and will start at quarterback for the Eagles when they host the New York Giants today at Lincoln Financial Field, team sources said.

Vick's starting was all but fact last week after he passed all of his concussion testing and was cleared by independent neurosurgeon. He practiced from Thursday on.

Vick suffered a concussion in the third quarter of last Sunday's game against the Falcons. The Eagles led by 10 points when he left and eventually lost, 35-31.

The Eagles (1-1) and Giants (1-1) kick it off today at 1 p.m.
