Strange scene in the Eagles locker room as the earthquake that rumbled up the East Coast hit.
Several people in the room thought they were getting light-headed, until someone noticed the lights above the locker room swaying.
Reporters were mingling with players, some mid-interview.
Jason Babin, in the hallway, said he realized it was an earthquake and urged some teammates to get outside. Jamaal Jackson was on the floor in the weight room, finishing a work out. Jackson said Todd Herremans was also working out, and bit his tongue, but Herremans downplayed the effect.
"Can't shake this," he joked.
Other players were in the shower when the quake hit - Trent Cole emerged spewing curses. Several were stunned – Brandon Graham and Cullen Jenkins exchanged shocked expressions, having never felt an earthquake. Immediately afterward players and reporters were on cell phones calling friends and family.
Kurt Coleman later wrote on Twitter, "I thought our Olinemen were running up n down the halls.... Guess not."
Jamar Chaney said he didn’t notice, but Casey Matthews, originally from the Los Angeles area, recognized the feeling of the room shaking.
“I noticed it, but I didn’t really believe it,” Matthews said. Blizzards were the natural hazard he figured he’d have to deal with on the East Coast.
