ATLANTA -- Jason Peters will play and start at left tackle tonight against the Falcons despite his "questionable" injury status, Eagles sources said.

Peters left practice early Friday when he experienced tenderness in the ankle/Achilles heel area of his leg. He told reporters that day that he intended to play, but a "questionable" injury status is considered 50-50.

Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie also told reporters that he was good to go, but he was listed as questionable, as well, with an ankle sprain. The cornerback, though, will play tonight. Rodgers-Cromartie is the nickel defensive back, but Joselio Hanson could spell him against the Falcons.

Defensive end Darryl Tapp (pectoral strain) was listed as out on Friday and did not travel with the team. Phillip Hunt, inactive last week, will dress and be part of the defensive line rotation.

Quarterback Vince Young (hamstring) will not dress for the second week. Mike Kafka will be Michael Vick's backup.

Linebacker Akeem Jordan, listed as "doubful" with a shoulder injury, will be a game-time decision.
