Patrick Chung is inactive for the Eagles after missing the entire week with a shoulder injury. Rookie Earl Wolff will make his career start.

This was expected, but a weakened Eagles secondary is a bad sign against Peyton Manning and the Broncos offense. Wolff will start next to Nate Allen. Colt Anderson and Kurt Coleman are the two other safters.

The other inactives are offensive linemen Matt Tobin and Dennis Kelly; quarterback Matt Barkley; tight end Emil Igwenagu; defensive lineman Damion Square; and cornerback Shaun Prater.

Vinny Curry is active for the second consecutive week. Cornerback Roc Carmichael is making his debut for the Eagles.
