Nick Foles will make his first start of the season for the injured Michael Vick. However, Vick is still active as an emergency quarterback. All three quarterbacks are active. That includes Matt Barkley.

Cornerbacks Shaun Prater and Jordan Poyer, tackles Matt Tobin and Dennis Kelly, tight ends Emil Igwenagu and James Casey, and defensive end Damion Square are all inactive.

Casey has a groin injury, and will miss his first game of the season. The Eagles will dress two tight ends; Igwenagu remains inactive.

This is Matt Barkley's first game in uniform this season.
