Nick Foles has been medically cleared after sustaining a concussion on Oct. 20 and returned to practice on Tuesday. Foles is splitting reps with Matt Barkley.

"We'll get a feel for where Nick's at,' offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur said. "He had a good day of meetings. He'll come out and practice with us and we'll see where he's at."

Michael Vick, who is dealing with a hamstring injury, was also at practice.

Shurmur said coach Chip Kelly will make the decision about who starts. The Eagles need to see how Foles responds. Shurmur said there's no telling how late in the week that will stretch.

"This is his first day back, so we'll see how he responds," Shumur said.

Linebacker Casey Matthews (hip), running back Chris Polk (shoulder), and wide receiver Damaris Johnson (injury unknown) did not appear to be practicing on Tuesday.
