Nick Foles expected to get 1st-team snaps at Tuesday's practice while Michael Vick continues recovery

Michael Vick practiced on Tuesday, but it sounds like Nick Foles will take the first-team snaps. Vick is still not fully healthy in his recovery from a pulled left hamstring. There's no word on who the quarterback will be on Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys, and there remains ambiguity about who it will be going forward.

"We're going to practice the guys that are out there," offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur said. "We'll just see [about first-team snaps]. At this point, Nick. ...Coach Kelly will address those questions about who the quarterback is when both of them are healthy. At this point, we'll go with Nick. When Mike's healthy, we'll have that discussion. "

Also, there remains concern about safety Patrick Chung's recovery from a shoulder injury. Chung "failed" tests on his shoulder, according ot defensive coordinator Bill Davis. Chung is experiencing pain, is getting "a couple different things looked at," and the injury is nerve-related.

Both defenses are struggling. Who has the better one?

"It's a wild card, what you're dealing with," Davis said.
