Mostly starters on Eagles inactive list

As expected, the Eagles didn't dress a number of starters for today's game against the Cowboys.

Several are injured and won't play: quarterback Michael Vick (quadriceps), wide receiver DeSean Jackson (foot), cornerback Asante Samuel (knee), tackle Winston Justice (knee) and linebacker Stewart Bradley (elbow). Reserve defensive tackle Trevor Laws (shoulder/chest) is also ailing and will not be active.

Vick, technically, will be the third quarterback.

Running back LeSean McCoy and defensive end Trent Cole also didn't dress.

With the No. 3 playoff seed locked up, the Eagles will rest almost all of their starters. Backup Kevin Kolb will start at quarterback.

The Eagles will host the No. 6 next weekend in the first round. They will face one of three teams -- the Packers, Giants or Buccaneers -- although Green Bay looks to be the likely opponent.
