Quarterback Michael Vick is inactive for the Eagles. He was the emergency quarterback last week, but is inactive this week because James Casey is active.

Patrick Chung is also inactive and will miss his third game of the season. Earl Wolff will start at safety.

Running back Chris Polk, tackles Matt Tobin and Dennis Kelly, and defensive end Damion Square are the other inactives.

Matthew Tucker will make his Eagles debut in place of Polk. Tucker was promoted from the practice squad on Saturday.
