As Yogi Berra once said, "It ain't over till it's over." The way the Cowgirls and Giants are playing it is possible. Look at Seattle last year making it as a wild card at 7-9 and then beating the 11-5 Saints. The Eagles would have to win out and go 8-8 and both Dallas and Giants go 1-2 in their remaining games. I can definitely see this scenario happening. Not likely and we don't deserve it but this could be a reality. jck
The Eagles always start being competitive too late. They are never prepared for the early games. This year it only took 12 games to get going. Next year maybe 16. 4thand10
The Eagles' chances of making the playoffs are slim. That being said, if they do beat the odds and make the playoffs, that would mean that they had a 4 game winning streak going in, including beating the Cowboys for a spot. If they do so, I think they will be reevaluated. The talent is there, but the results have been erratic. RichB
If both Giants and Cowboys win this week...Eagles will be ELIMINATED from playoffs...and their final 3 games will be meaningless. frank105- Mistah Kurtz ... he dead.
I think that it is a very possible situation for the Eagles to make the playoffs. I don't think this year is exactly like 2008 but making the playoffs would draw similarities to that season and thats all you need a ticket to the show. robertanthony25
