Eagles resign Joique Bell, release Cornelius Ingram

The Eagles signed running back Joique Bell to their practice squad, bringing back the player who had been on the roster weeks 3 through 8 but was released Nov. 10 to make room for Colt Anderson.

Bell was picked up by the Colts and played in five games, before being waived Dec. 14.

The Eagles released tight end Cornelius Ingram, who was on the practice squad since Nov. 11. Ingram was with the team through training camp, but was released before the season.
