Jason Peters is active and will start for the Eagles. Linebacker Mychal Kendricks and cornerback Bradley Fletcher are both inactive, and Earl Woff was already out, so the Eagles are missing three defensive starters.

Najee Goode will start in Kendricks' place at inside linebacker, and Roc Carmichael is expected to start in Fletcher's place. Patrick Chung will start at safety in Wolff's place.

Newly signed wide receiver/special teams ace Brad Smith is active, and Damaris Johnson is inactive.

Quarterback Michael Vick is inactive, as is linebacker Jake Knott and tackle Dennis Kelly.

Matt Tobin is inactive, which could be an indication as insurance for Peters' injury.
