Michael Vick's hamstring will be the biggest injury to watch this week, but there are three other injuries to monitor from Sunday's 31-20 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Tackle Jason Peters, safety Patrick Chung, and running back Chris Polk all have shoulder injuries. Chung and Polk left the game early and did not return.
Kelly said those three will not be full participants in Tuesday's practice. Kelly expects Peters to practice in full on Wednesday.
Chung's injury is a concern to the coaching staff because it came after Chung missed two games.
As for Vick, coach Chip Kelly offered no update on the quarterback. He needs to see how Vick feels on Tuesday morning before determining who will get first-team snaps on Tuesday.
"I don't know until those guys get here and start running around," Kelly said.
Kelly wants Vick to be 100 percent, which could be a subjective interpretation. Kelly will keep an eye on the way Vick moves around this week to help make a determination.
Too hot for Celek
The reason for Brent Celek's 12-percent decrease in snaps compared to his season average was the Tampa heat. Kelly lauded Celek and the way he's played all season, so there's not much to read into his decrease in playing time.
"We knew that going in," Kelly said. "We were going to try to play a lot more guys in those situation."
