In a fitting conclusion to the Eagles' 18-day stay at Lehigh University, coach Andy Reid revealed another injury after the team's walk-through this morning.

Starting left guard Todd Herremans has what Reid described as "a stress reaction in a bone in his left foot just above the arch." Herremans could miss the entire preseason, including the opener against the New England Patriots tonight at Lincoln Financial Field.

"I'm going to hold Todd out of this game and possibly the whole preseason," Reid said. "It could be a four-week injury there."

That means it's unlikely that the Eagles' projected starting offensive line will see any time together during the preseason.

Right guard Stacy Andrews will also not play. Reid said he was taking a cautious approach with Andrews, who had surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament during the offseason.

With Shawn Andrews still nursing a sore back, the only projected offensive line starters who will be on the field tonight are left tackle Jason Peters and center Jamaal Jackson.

Also out tonight: defensive ends Victor Abiamiri (torn pectoral muscle) and Trent Cole (sprained left shoulder), quarterback Kevin Kolb (sprained knee ligament), defensive tackle Trevor Laws (hamstring), tight end Matt Schobel (calf) and running back Brian Westbrook (ankle).

Reid said the starters will play a quarter and a half before giving way to the second team.
