Herremans to start; Jean-Gilles and Bradley out

Todd Herremans will start at left guard for the Eagles in today's playoff game against the Packers.

Max Jean-Gilles -- Herreman's counterpart at right guard -- is out, though. He didn't practice all week because of an ankle sprain. Nick Cole will start in his place.

Linebacker Stewart Bradley, as expected, will not dress because of an elbow injury. He hasn't played since last month and practiced very little last week. Jamar Chaney will start at middle linebacker for the third time this season.

Herremans missed most of last week's practice after he injured his calf during a Wednesday walk-through. He did practice on Friday, though, and is slated to go.

Here are the Eagles' other inactives: cornerback Brandon Hughes, safety Jamar Adams, defensive tackle Jeremy Clark, defensive end Bobby McCray, tackle Austin Howard and quarterback Mike Kafka is the third quarterback.
