Eagles to sign Ingram, two others

Should the Eagles trade Kevin Kolb?
Yes.
No.

Cornelius Ingram is coming back, again. The tight end agreed to terms with the Eagles after spending a portion of 2010 on the practice squad and saying his twice-injured knee felt good.

"No problems while I was out there on the practice squad. I feel good, going into the off season I'm able to do everything, and I'm able to start from scratch with everybody else," said Ingram. He was an Eagles fifth round pick in 2009 after tearing his ACL as a college senior. He suffered the same injury his first year with the Eagles and was still hindered in training camp 2010. He was cut before returning to the practice squad.

Tight end John Nalbone also agreed to terms. He played in two early season games in 2010 for the Dolphins but was released in September. He finished the season on the Broncos' practice squad. He played at Monmouth in college and is from Trenton originally.

Wide receiver Jeremy Williams also agreed to terms. He spent the the 2010 season and most of the 2009 season on the Eagles practice squad.

Yesterday the team announced deals with center A.Q. Shipley, guard Dallas Reynolds and wide receivers Rod Harper and Sinorice Moss.

Wake me when they sign Logan Mankins and/or Nnmadi Asomugha please. time to go all in and upgrade the Secondary and O Line and get them on par with the skill position players. Yearly mediocrity is getting old.

This organization just cannot help themselves when it comes to signing damaged goods, they really are becoming less interesting.

Isn't it amazing that we head into the off season with the same exact needs as heading into last years off season? Great job guys, kudos to Andy and Howie, Jeff and Joe.

These terrific impactful signings the past two days have all but taken the sting out of Sunday's loss. Good job, Eagles! Now just make sure we get that Marlin Jackson back in the fold.

last year reid and the front office refused to meet with Julius Peppers and LT. Now both of those guys are big play makers for their teams (Jets Bears) that are making deep runs into the playoffs that incidentally we are out of.. HHHmmmmm i think we can draw a positive correlation between the fact that we don't take advantage of veteran talent in free agency and the fact that we fall short in the big games every year. The Eagles need to lose this policy of never investing in Veteran Talent because of their age. Older players are many of the guys who bring the most wins to their teams. Eagles for the love of God please sign Nnmadi Asomugha and any other proven talent you can. STOP SETTLING FOR MEDIOCRITY!!!!
