Just before the 3 p.m. Thursday deadline, the Eagles tendered running back Jerome Harrison and punter Sav Rocca, restricted free agents under the current system.

Harrison was tendered at a second-round level and the Eagles would receive no compensation if Rocca signed with another team. The Eagles have the right to match any offer for both players.

Harrison and Rocca join linebacker Stewart Bradley (second round), guard Max Jean-Gilles (fourth), cornerback Dimitri Patterson (no compensation) and running back Eldra Buckley (exclusive rigthts) as RFAs the Eagles have tendered.

The Eagles did not tender the following RFAs: linebackers Ernie Sims, Omar Gaither and Akeem Jordan, guards Nick Cole and Reggie Wells and defensive back Antoine Harris.
