The Eagles signed wide receiver Will Murphy and defensive end Daryell Walker before Monday's organized team activities. Both players tried out for the roster during the weekend. The Eagles released wide receiver DeMarco Sampson and defensive tackle Ronnie Cameron.

The transactions mean that Chris Gocong, the 29-year-old former draft pick and starter, did not make the roster. Gocong, who is recovered from a ruptured Achilles tendon, also tried out this weekend.

Murphy, 22, is a rookie who played for Chip Kelly at Oregon. He's a former walk-on who is 6-foot-2, 193 pounds. He will wear No. 4 during OTAs.

Walker, 22, is 6-foot-6 and 285 pounds. He will wear No. 97.
