JC will either be an amazing success next season or a major GOAT! - either way it is make or break it for this coaching staff in 2012

The Eagles are all about success and Jeffrey and I are in full support of Juan continuing to be a part of our organization.

As Castillo goes Reid goes!!! Andy tied his boat to Juan and is sticking by him. Either Andy will make sure this works or likely they will both be out after next season!

Mediocrity at its best. Were not building a Super Bowl team, we are just trying to be better than the cowboys and giants. That’s been Reid’s strategy since he began coaching.

This is win win, they either succeed, or there will be a regime change. No way Reid survives another mediocre season.

I agree. The man works extremely hard. His players trust him, they work hard for him, and [through trails and tribulations] now embrace his system. But most importantly when they could have kicked him to the street they chose to dig deep and figure things out and yes win four games in a row, in the hopes of backing into the playoffs. And with them adding another top tiered defensive minded coach as council and cushion won't hurt either.

Time will tell, but he deserves a second bite at the apple! Nice article Jeff.

I think that with the change of coaches, players and the instituting of the Wide 9, Castillo was bound to have growing pains. I have a feeling that next year this defense with the LB's a year older and Brandon Graham looking to prove he is no bust, will rebound defensively. I love Juan Castillo and I would like all of you to love him too.

I hope Mr. Lurie told Reid, Fine, Do it your way, but if you don't dominate and go deep in the playoffs or win the SB, you are out.

Juan finished reading "NFL Defenses for Dummies." That, coupled with Juan's 25 hour workday, should make him better next season. Sheesh.

What difference does it make keeping him? Reid's not gonna win anything anyway!
