Defensive ends Darryl Tapp and Juqua Parker are both active for Sunday's game in Buffalo.

Tapp (pectoral) hasn't played since week 1 but will start in place of the injured Trent Cole (calf). Parker was questionable heading into Sunday but has apparently recovered enough from a high ankle sprain to contribute to a defensive line that needs bodies to keep up its frenetic pace. Parker was hurt week 2. Phillip Hunt is also active, giving the Eagles another defensive end, and newly re-signed defensive tackle Derek Landri is up, adding to the line rotation.

Inactive are: Mike Kafka, Curtis Marsh, Jaiquawn Jarrett, Julian Vandervelde, Kyle DeVan, Cole and Jason Peters (hamstring).

Winston Justice is dressing for the game for the first time all season and will serve as a backup to tackles King Dunlap (in for Peters) and Todd Herremans.
