DeSean Jackson says Rob Ryan's comments were "uncalled for"

Michael Vick, who had choice words for Rob Ryan in training camp after the Dallas defensive coordinator took a shot at the "all-hype" Eagles, took the high road on Wednesday when Dallas-area reporters rehashed Ryan's August comments.
But DeSean Jackson said Thursday that Ryan's words were "uncalled for" because he was a coach and the Eagles wide receiver wouldn't have the opportunity to give Ryan "a shot" for saying "something crazy."
"For a coach to really say that, it's hard for me to kind of respect that because the coach is not really out there playing," Jackson said. "He's doing a good job of calling plays, putting his defense in the right position to stop the offense. You know, as far as the defensive coordinator to predict that, that's unheard of, uncalled for.
"It'll be good if his players said that, then I could I understand that. We're out there on the field with him so I would able to get a chance to get a shot at that player if he said something crazy. But for a coach, it ain't like I can run on the sideline and tackle the coach or run past him and score a touchdown."
The two teams face off for the first time this season Sunday night at Lincoln Financial Field. Both squads have had disappointing starts. The Eagles are 2-4 and the Cowboys 3-3, but the Eagles' slow start has generated great interest around the league because of the "Dream Team" roster they assembled.
Ryan mocked Vince Young's unfortunate July comparison between the Eagles and the 1992 U.S. Olympic men's basketball team and after the team became the toast of the NFL during the preseason.
"I don't know if we win the all-hype team," Ryan told reporters then in a thickly veiled shot at the Eagles. "I think that might have gone to somebody else, but we're going to beat their ass when we play them."

Know the real story and quote and don't believe everything you read. Vince Young, not the eagles made the quote. The Quote was not "We are the dream team." He said something along the lines of "Wow, yeah being here is like being on a dream team." The mmedia hyped it and you dumb sheep believed it. Know your stories before you make a dumb quote.

It's not all bad fellas, at least we have a world series and an arena league football championship. :) I would count the NBA Championship but that was 20 years ago, but at least we got an NBA Championship before Dallas did lol- I had to check & see if the Dallas Mavericks even EXISTED when the Sixers won their title.
