Eagles cornerback Bradley Fletcher did not practice Wednesday because of a concussion. Cornerback Brandon Hughes returned to practice in his recovery from a broken hand.

Fletcher is "day-to-day," according to defensive coordinator Bill Davis. The Eagles will have a few contingencies if Fletcher does not play, but the first one would be moving Brandon Boykin to the outside from the slot, Davis said.

Potential options in the slot would then be Hughes, Shaun Prater, and Jordan Poyer. The Eagles could also play Patrick Chung in the slot and use Earl Wolff at safety.

- Tackle Dennis Kelly had his helmet on at practice. Kelly is recovering from a back injury.

- Offensive coordinator Pat Shurmur said the Eagles still have plans for James Casey.

- Davis said the defensive part of the decision to have Curry inactive was because the Eagles were trying to stop the run, so focused on run-stopping linemen.
