Officially, Michael Vick is questionable to play Sunday — but after missing two weeks of practice it seems all but certain that Vince Young will start his second consecutive game.

DeSean Jackson is listed as probable, despite being limited in practice for the second consecutive day, while Jeremy Maclin is doubtful after missing two straight days of practice. His hamstring strain has been his biggest problem.

Nnamdi Asomugha is questionable with a hyper-extended knee. His status seems up in the air and could be a game-time decision.

"If he can go, he'll go," coach Andy Reid said. When Reid met with reporters Friday afternoon, Asomugha could put his full weight on his leg, but had not yet tried to run on it.

"[Asomugha's knee] feels pretty good. He stayed in and did rehab throughout the practice," Reid said.

Asomugha practiced enough to know the Eagles' game plan, but he did not try running today. Brandon Hughes would fill in for Asomugha if the starting corner can't play.

Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie made a surprise return to practice today and is officially listed as questionable, but it would be a shock if he was able to play Sunday. Reid said Rodgers-Cromartie was trying to see what he could do today but isn't all the way back.

"We'll see how he feels tomorrow," Reid said.

Likely the Eagles were trying to see if Rodgers-Cromartie's ankle has healed enough that he could be an emergency backup Sunday, since the Eagles could be left thin at cornerback.

King Dunlap (concussion) is out for Sunday's game.

FROM EARLIER:

With the New England Patriots game just two days away, the Eagles were without three of their most important pieces at the start of Friday's practice.

Vick, Asomugha and Maclin were not warming up with the rest of the Eagles and will likely miss all of practice. Vick's absence means that Young is likely to start at quarterback for the second straight week. Asomugha suffered a knee injury on Thursday, but it is not believed to be serious. His status for Sunday is up in the air.

In a bit of surprise, and perhaps because of Asomugha's injury, Rodgers-Cromartie was suited up at the start of practice. The cornerback has been out with a high ankle sprain and wasn't expected to play Sunday, but the Eagles may need him if Asomugha can't go.

Wide receiver DeSean Jackson was at practice for the second straight day. He was limited on Thursday and could be again. If Maclin can't play, Riley Cooper will start at receiver.

Reid will have the official injury report following practice.
