Delaware junior quarterback Pat Devlin has been added to the Walter Payton Award watch list by The Sports Network.
The award annually honors the Football Championship Subdivision's top offensive player.
Devlin, a Downingtown East High School product and Penn State transfer, has passes for 1,536 yards and 11 touchdowns with three interceptions through six games.

He was named the 2007 and 2008 Media Person of the Year by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Soccer Coaches Association. Keith is also the Pennsylvania representative on the McDonald's All-American boys' basketball contact committee.

Keith attended Northeast Catholic High School, where he was an two-time all-Catholic League selection in track and field.
