Let him rot in his cell. Forever. If not longer. OPM are happy to pay for it.

Vince is innocent and the jury is sure to release him. The TRUTH will finally come out and Vince will be vindicated.

Gee...what does wam-ing the local officials mean...was Fumo planning to pay them off with state taxpayer dollars...would that approach qualify for some sort of creative bribery...this guy never spent a dime out of his own pocket...amazing

Jake - are you goofy or what? The Jury will release him when he is up for parole in 10 to 15 years... Pease got the Seaport guy 15 years and his list of crimes is only a fraction of THE SENATOR'S. See ya later Vinny!

Little man with big problems . He needs serious time in the slammer . How about some restitution as well ? they should let him bring one of his 30 vacuums in the cell though - he could keep the place spotless.

The "Seaport guy" pocketed money. I'm waiting for the US attorney to show us the money trail. It's frustrating watching them waste the whole first part of their case on embarrassing the defendant and his personal life, rather than exploiting the crimes that they're alleging he committed. "WAMing" is the culture of how the government spreads our tax dollars around, and while its grossly inefficient, and unfair, its not the kind of criminal evidence that the US attorney should be painting their picture of corruption with. They should be tracing the WAM money into somebody’s pocket, not into other public programs, which is the whole purpose of the WAMs to begin with.

Get a clue would you please? So the Seaport guy pocketed money and Fumo pocketed tools, staff time, and your tax dollars as his "commission"???...what is the difference? Stealing is stealing! 139 counts and Fumo is charged with stealing an estimated $3 million in goods and services!....ENOUGH "money" for you???

Those are the charges, not the evidence.

??? The evidence has been presented for 6 weeks now. ALL the same story, from every person. Even the witnesses that have had "sudden memory loss" admitted the same story. The 37.5 hour defense is laughable. Fumo should ask for his retainer back.
