Excellent point: why is Citizen's Alliance still in business, and why isn't Fumo in jail yet???

"As a gift, Fumo gave Egrie-Wilcox a revolver to keep at her house." I wonder if this would be considered a straw purchase? Does Egrie-Wilcox even have a permit for a gun? Concerning the current operations of Citizen's Alliance . . . .this organization needs to have a court appointed conservator put in place ASAP. Shame will forever following Fumo. Any good he might have brought to the people of Philadelphia is tainted and soiled with creed, lies and corruption. Shame also needs to be placed on every elected official who help facilitate Fumo in any way.

Can you guys please get a life. He is not going to go to jail....at least not for using his workers....they all worked an average of 50 hours a week. Way more than they were supposed to.....the FBI are making themselves look very stupid, and they know it!

"Fumo would get books, furniture, a gas grill, and many other personal items shipped to Florida with his Senate-paid FedEx account, according to the records." Where is the tax evasion case against Fumo? Will this man be forced to reimburse the people of PA for the use of state funds for his personal pleasure?

Yes, The State and the Charity will be reimbursed when these two get convicted. The Feds have the power to seize property when restitution is ordered by the court. Hopefully the Charity will be in the hands of somebody else by that time.

I cannot believe the FEDS have already spent 5 years and over 20 million dollars on this investigation. I can think of a hundred different other things that the FBI could have been working on and my tax dollars could have been spent on!

So we should call off ALL investigations of theft, coruption, fraud, and misuse of money because YOUR tax dollars could have been better spent? Now THAT'S a comment worth framing.
