    Wilson was helping him to spy on people isn't there a alaw against that?? Invasion of privacy?? maybe??

    @barbedwire131 : If there was a crime there, don't you think the govt. would have jumped at the opportunity to add that to their 132 (mostly superfluous) charges in the indictment?

    Stealing peoples emails is a crime. Look at the Larry Mendte/Alycia Lane case. Is trying to extort $50 million superfluous!!!!! Give me a break fumoite

    perhaps the govt felt that the emails were not stolen or that the spying wasn't about emails.. I certainly don't see anything said about emails here.

    Only two states, Connecticut and Delaware, have requirements that obligate employers to notify employees that their internet access and email is being monitored. If these people had FUMO.com accounts and senate laptops than that email didn't belong to them it was the property of the senate and Fumo.
