    "Dlugolecki said that there was no rule that he or other staffers had to specifically delete Fumo's e-mails before 2004, when the FBI investigation was revealed...Dlugolecki said he and other budget staffers were stunned when they were told to delete e-mails from Fumo because that would make their jobs much harder." Great defense witness!

    You know, if this judge started court at 9:00 and was in session on Fridays, the trial would already be over and Vince would be wearing striped pajamas. Oh that's right....he'll appeal the verdict and drag out his reporting date for years.

    Don't you know? Vinney got a doctor's note saying he could only be in trial four days per week. Mental health issues!

    It didn't affect his senate work. That IS NOT the point. Is every defense witness clueless? He is not asking you about the quality of your work. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO POLITICAL WORK ON GOVERNMENT TIME. Does the defense get it now? This guy is going to jail.
