Man! Mr. Marrone must have done some major damage for them to try to rebut or go after him a second day. At what point has the jury said the defense is putting on no case?

Okay, so what is their point. I know plenty of people who would slam a door on a low life process server including myself.

Am i missing something or is this defense the joke it sounds like. Excuse me but is this some public defender or the guy that replaced Dick Sprage. Now we know why Sprage unloaded this losser. Fumo should just plead guilty and move on. The tax payers are paying twice. First for all the waste by Fumo and now to take this to trial. this entire case has cost the feds millions.

i hope after 3 months that the defense has something better than to offer up a series of witnesses that the government will chew up on cross. the government seems to have made a very compelling case.

Which day will Vince fake another spell? Amazing how ballsy he was supposed to be in "real" life but in court he wilts like a flower. Word out is yesterday's "Castor Disaster" is being looked at as an ALL TIME legal blunder by the defense and now Fumo is completely done.

I HAVE KNOWN VINCE FOR OVER 40 YEARS ALSO KNOW MIKE PALAMERMO FOR AVERY LONG TIME. VINCE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ARRAGANT AND A USER MIKE IS A NICE GUY AND HAS BEEN VINCES' FRIEND WHEN OTHERS WOULD HAVE TOLD VINNY TO ---- HIMSELF.VINCE HAS ALWAYS BEEN CHEAP WITH A CAPITOL "C" IT DOES NOT SUPRIZE ME THAT HE USED THE NON PROFIT TO BUY THINGS FOR HIM. IF THE GOVERNMENT REALLY WANTS TO PUNISH VINCE THEY SHOULD TAKE HIS MONEY. INCLUDING HIS HOUSES AND FORCE HIM OUT OF THE BANKING BUSINESS.HE WAS NEVER A VERY GOOD LAWYER BUT HE WILL LOSE HIS LIECENCE ANYWAY. IF YOU HIT HIM IN THE POCKET BOOK HE WILL FEEL THAT MORE THAN ATEN YEAR PRISON SENTENCE.
