- Who in his sane mind is going to believe staffers in a government office working 60 to 65 hour weeks? Try calling any state legislator's office after 4:30 on a weekday. You will get the standard "Our office hours are from 9 to 4:30 Monday thru Friday..." message. Who are they trying to fool?— DonQ
