"Pease is noting that Senate rules do not allow a legislative attorney from representing a senator on a private matter." ..... the defense just had another Fumo witness show how he violated Senate rules.

Here is another case where a dedicated employee has been made to suffer because of the misdeeds of his boss. Vince, you should rot in hell forever!

How many more honest people will turn out with their reputations tarnished by Fumo's dirty dealings? This is turning into a truly scary case. It will be up to history to figure out all the damage Fumo did in his 30+ years in power.

Who in his sane mind is going to believe staffers in a government office working 60 to 65 hour weeks? Try calling any state legislator's office after 4:30 on a weekday. You will get the standard "Our office hours are from 9 to 4:30 Monday thru Friday..." message. Who are they trying to fool?
