Typical, the zealous govt. just assumed all kinds of things without checking into them. How sad that they are taking down one of the most productive and helpful politicians this city has ever seen over some purchases (even if it was $115k, what is that against the $7B the senator brought in for the city??)

dSmith...your comments have become a joke and the speculation on your identity is interesting...are you Frank DiCicco or perhaps you're his son Christian... perhaps you're Jim Kenney? Even if it was $115K it was still illegal. Perhaps in your world it's ok for some to break the law as long as the out come is good for the city. What a sick and twisted argument. If Fumo broke the law then he should be convicted regardless of the benefit to the city. No one is above the law!

Philly residents like getting fleeced, Vince the Prince can live rich on OPM and chumps like dSmith would probably vote for him forever. Only 115k, funny since its really 1 mil plus but it could be 10 mil and dSmith dupes like him wouldn't mind a bit.

First off, if you all read what I wrote you would notice that I did not say that any of the CA purchaces were illegal or proved to be illegal. I was simply saying that personally I don't mind the $115 in light of all the good he has done. Secondly @WhatGoesAround, @Hunter, you are both wrong, but why not all reveal our identities instead of hiding behind fake aliases.
