Maybe a sunny day will come to our Country, when Vince Fumo and Ted Stevens can share a cell with the other pigs.

Yeah Tony, on the same day that honest men rule Wall Street

Let me rephrase & repost: Hopefully, Vince, Ted, and the rest of the swine that are taking OUR hard earned are soon to be sharing a cell together.

Vince is going the route of Stevens. His attorney is SO, SO loud and rude, you can see the women on the jury hating his guts. Marrone is coming off 100% ethical and truthful. 5 to 10 years for Fumo.

Just make sure Fumo doesn't take his toys with him to prison. He could dig himself out of Folsom with all those tools he bought at Home Depot!

100% ethical and truthful are you kidding me how ethical is it for Marrone a lawyer with a "Top Secret" security clearance to embezzle $8000 for his BAR exam.

I have to ask myself, if Marrone and Timoney were so often discussing matters, did he ever ask the commish, if he was doing anything against the law. More so, did the commish ever ask him? No, so far I am lacking credibility in the first two witnesses. But, I agree, I am not crazy about the no smiling, and smirk attitude of the defense attorney Cogan. He really needs to be more congenial, for this juror to give him the benefit of the doubt.

Who is the short, pudgy guy with the mustache walking around court like he owns it? Is that Ruth's husband? All he does is talk to reporters. Is he looking for dates already?

lpeagle - your agenda is clear and you are a Fumo, so since you cannot be objective go make the proper arrangements for your daddy! He is going down....down.....down. How you continue to defend a thief is amazing but when I realized who it was and your close relationships with the Fumo people, then it made sense. Mr. Marrone is going home, Mr. Fumo is going to be sharing his cell with a large man!

I am not Vince Fumo Jr. or Jim Kenney or Frank DiCicco, nor am I a member of the FUMO team. I did work at Tasker Street during the Marrone years unlike you people I KNOW what went down because I was there, Marrone lost a power struggle with Arnao and he never got over it so when I hear Marrone acting like some type of crusader who just wanted to do good it makes me sick this guy has an axe to grind. Am I a Fumo fan? You bet I am! He took care of my neighborhood and that is all I care about. Everyone talks about the PECO money that went to Citizens Alliance but no one talks about the 10 year freeze on PECO rates for everyone in this state, that is about to run out so watch those rates go up now. I also got a very nice property tax break this year due to the casino money the state receives and that was a Fumo thing. So go ahead and say anything you want about me being a pro Fumo person because I am and proud of it!

This trial is shaping up as a battle between hoodlums. In one corner - Fumo. In the other - Marrone. Between the two, credibility is a lost virtue. What a stinking mess!

A stinking mess? Now that's the exact phrase I think of every time of think of Philadelphia politics. Apparently we worship the political pigs who feed at our tax-trough when they rob, cheat, and steal - as long as they bring something to our table. Should we discredit all whistleblowers who bring corruption to the table because of some "axe to grind"? It seems very obvious that the reason why so many criminals are discovered is because of someone else having an axe to grind. Marrone should be the hero here, not Fumo because somebody got a tax break.
