New Ben City

Not sure if it was the Benergy that brought them here, but the Gregg and Robeson clans descended on this old town for a family reunion earlier this month and never got as far as that history thing.

From the Philadelphia Business Journal, which was reporting on a family travel initiative between the Philadelphia Visitors & Convention Center and the Multicultural Affairs Council:

"We have had reunions in Florida, Detroit, Virginia, Philadelphia and South Carolina. But part of our family loves to shop, so they love coming to Philadelphia," said Rose Wilson. ...

From July 7-9, the Gregg and Robeson clans came to Philadelphia from Texas, South Carolina, Florida, Detroit, Atlanta, Virginia, New Jersey, Delaware and Pennsylvania. They stayed at the Best Western, shopped at Franklin Mills, ate at Dave & Buster's, skated at the Palace Rolling Skating Center in Northeast Philadelphia and partied at night clubs in Center City.

"There was so much going on, we never got to the Liberty Bell," Wilson said. "I'm exhausted."

What, they spent all that time in the Northeast and missed the Insectarium?
