This video of Connie Chung singing "Thanks For The Memories" to her cable TV friends lasts two minutes  and forty-eight seconds. You won't be able to watch it all. But stay for the de-pianoing grunt.  Dvorak Uncensored promises "this may be the most dreadful thing I've ever seen." One commenter: "If the Gong Show were still on, she couldn't even qualify."

WHAT was Connie thinking?

Just watching this train wreck I almost did to Blinq what I once did to Dan Rather.

Wow. I mean...wow. I guess that was supposed to be funny, but it's unspeakably embarrassing. The worst part is that I can't get her tone-deaf warbling out of my head.

Okay, I can understand Connie was never hired for her singing ability.

I can understand she even thought this may have been funny, or at least I could see someone talking her into doing it.

What I can NOT understand is how anyone, especially Connie herself, thought it would be a good idea for her to channel Carol Burnett and slide off the piano bass ackwards complete with sound effects.

Oi.

I made it through 45 seconds. Does that get me into the Guinness Book of Records?

OMG ... Maury, you're a real man, in my book.

The "groan/grunt" made it all worthwhile - louder than a Monica Seles forehand! How could somebody so fit looking have such a hard time getting off a piano?
