Weather delaying flights to PHL

Some flights to Philadelphia International Airport are being delayed due to low cloud cover here.

The FAA flight managment plan is delaying affected flights by an average of more than 45 minutes.

Departing flights to Newark and New York City airports were also facing delays due to thunderstorms.
