Repaving to close 3 state roadways in Montco

PennDot says it will close three state roadways in Montgomery County next week for repaving. The work will depend on the weather.

- On Monday and Tuesday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Route 63 (Welsh Road) will be closed and detoured between Valley Road and Washington Lane in Lower Moreland Township. Motorists will be detoured over Valley Road, Terwood Road and Washington Lane.

- On Wednesday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Greenwood Avenue will be closed and detoured between Church Road and Rices Mill Road in Cheltenham Township. Motorists will be detoured over Church Road and Rices Mill Road;

- On Thursday and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Pen-Ambler Road will be closed between Penllyn Pike and Mount Pleasant Avenue in Lower Gwynedd Township. Motorists will be detoured over Mount Pleasant Avenue, Morris Road and Penllyn Blue Bell Pike.
