The Murphy Cup Regatta on Saturday will close Kelly Drive between the Strawberry Mansion Bridge and Fountain Green Drive from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The same section of Kelly Drive will be closed again Sunday for the Manny Flick regatta. Traffic and parking information from the regatta is here.
Also Sunday, streets in Center City and Fairmount Park will be closed for the Love Run half marathon.
Affected streets for that event are:
The Benjamin Franklin Parkway from Eakins Oval to 16th Street
John F. Kennedy Boulevard from 16th to 20th Streets
20th Street from JFK Boulevard to Market Street
Market Street from 20th to 6th Streets
6th Street from Market to Arch Streets
Arch Street from 6th to 16th Streets
Martin Luther King Dr.
The Strawberry Mansion bridge (including ramps to MLK Drive)
Woodford Drive
Greenland Drive (East Park)
Strawberry Mansion Bridge Drive
The Love Run course map is here. The race starts at 7:30 a.m. Streets east of 18th Street are expected to reopen by 10:30 a.m. The area around Eakins Oval should reopen by noon, police said.
Some SEPTA bus routes will be detoured due to the race. Detours for Routes 7, 38, 43 and 48 will be in effect from 4:30 a.m. to noon. Routes 2, 4, 16, 17, 23, 27, 31, 32, 33, 44, 45, 47, 124 and 125 will be detoured from 7 a.m. until noon.
In another Sunday event, the Hoyu Parade will close streets in Chinatown from about 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Affected streets are:
Wood Street from 13th to 10th Streets
10th Street from Wood to Race Streets and from Arch to Cherry Streets
Race Street from 10th to 9th Streets
9th Street from Race to Arch Streets
Arch Street from 9th to 11th Streets
11th Street from Arch to Wood Streets
Cherry Street from 11th to 10th Streets
