Here are the updated plans for Hillary Clinton's Friday rally

Predictions of rain prompted Hillary Clinton's post-convention rally to move from Independence Mall to Temple University's McGonigle Hall.

Doors open starting at 9:30 a.m. for the noon event, Temple University reported.  The university was expected an increased security presence in the area that could cause traffic delays that might affect the morning commute.

[Updated: A previous version of this post gave the wrong time for the doors opening.]

There won't be parking allowed on the 1800 and 1900 blocks of North 15th Street, the 1800 block of North Broad Street and the 1400 block of West Montgomery Avenue.

Hourly parking is available at the Cecil B. Moore lot (1223 Cecil B. Moore Ave.) and the Tuttleman lot (1205 W. Montgomery Ave.). The Liacouras Garage (1710 N. 15th St.) will also be open.

SEPTA's Broad Street Line and Regional Rail both stop at Temple University near the venue. The transportation agency is expecting to release information today about how the rally will affect service there.
