Flights to Philly halted due to weather

Flights to Philadelphia International Airport faced weather-related delays Monday morning.

Clouds and fog temporarily forced flights to PHL to be held at their departure sites.

Ground stops have been in place twice thus far Monday.

By about 10:45 a.m., flights were operating normally, according to the airport and Federal Aviation Administration. Some continued delays are possible, however.
