I-95 South reopens after crash

Interstate 95 has reopened in Northeast Philadelphia after a Tuesday morning crash.

All southbound lanes on the interstate between Exit 30 for Cottman Avenue/Rhawn Street and Exit 27 for Bridge Street/Harbison Avenue were closed due to the accident.

PennDOT said the lanes were moving again at about 7:30 a.m.

Further details about the incident, which was reported at about 5:45 a.m., weren't immediately available.

Some continued delays are expected.
